Great customer experience comes with great business decisions. I'm looking for a challenging position with a company that understands this and provides its employees with the authority and accountability needed to make exciting and innovative things happen.

I have over 10 years experience in web user interface design. My core areas of expertise include providing great customer experience through user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability standards, graphic layout and design, and web standards. I also have a background in print media with experience in branding, business systems, collateral and art direction.

I enjoy being a part of a talented team of people; I have strong leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

I am passionate about great customer experience, and believe the users’ success is my number one goal.
