A robust administration site needed to be created for staff members to manage everything from customer accounts, company information, resumes, jobs postings, career expos, etc. The ability to spoof a customer was also needed so customer service could see what customers were seeing while helping with technical support.
This Screen
The home page for the administration screen needed to provide quick overview and access to all of the latest events. Newly created accounts, job postings, resumes, etc.
